Owd Nell’s Tavern are hosting the North West ’s only Pressed Cider Festival is being held at Guy’s Thatched Hamlet, on Friday 29^thJuly to Sunday 31st July 2011. The festival is being held in conjunction with Thatcher’s Cider. Half Barrel Cider dip - dip a mug and taste our cider..

‘Owd Nell’s Canalside Cider Press Bar – will be open all weekend from 12 noon through to midnight for the festival with cask cider tasting & lots more…

Friday 29^th July –

On the Outdoor Stage: Live Band "The Captains Crew", Darrell Edwards DJ, BBQ, Half Barrel Cider Dip &

Saturday 30th July –

On the Outdoor Stage: Live Music "Shaun Preston" from NZ on the canalside from 9pm, Darrell Edwards DJ, 'Owd Nell's Annual Jelly Clodding Championship, Apple Bobbing, Cider Dip, BBQ etc…

Sunday 31st July –

Family Fun Day – with something for all the family!!! Special Wassailing Cider welcoming of the 2011 Cider by Barge, DJ Darrel, Punch & Judy Magic Show, Fairground Rides, Living Music, Baby Farm Animlas, Falconry & lots more. Scarecrow Competition – fantastic prizes for the best ones!!! Live Music "Shaun Preston" on the Canalside.

There is no admission charge to the festival.
