With the Game Season well underway we are again featuring some of our favourite game dishes on our menu.
Here is an example of some of the dishes on offer over the next couple of months.
GRILLED WILD MALLARD BREAST
With a traditional Seville Orange sauce.
ROAST LOCAL PHEASANT
Served in a deep Claret wine sauce.
CHARGRILLED WOOD PIGEON BREAST
Cooked pink and served with mixed leaves and homemade onion marmelade.
MIXED GAME PUDDING
Pheasant, Partridge, and Mallard encased in a tradional suet pudding with a rich game gravey.
POT ROAST RED LEG PARTRIDGE
Cooked slowly with root vegetables.
